If you are not going to be at home Please call. |
If an appointment is missed because you are not at home at the appointment time a discretionary Service charge may be made (not more then 1hour) and all Travel time will be charged at the full rate.
If we miss an appointment with you, then you will receive a 25% discount off your next appointment. (not including journey time). |
